| I love the game. Don't know how popular it is though-It really saves me from dying though lol. I know- I suck at playing but I LOVE video games! I finished the first POP but haven't gotten far in the second one. |

| Sorry. Isn't it kind of both? I think of it as an RPG but either way its a kick ass game. Good story line to. |

Well you are playing the role of a character in a game. So literally just about every game out there is a role-playing game.
RPGs are typically considered to be games like Final Fantasy, Pokemon, and Dragon Quest. Any game with a turn based battle system.
